Women Empowerment Network (WEN) is a non-profit organization that was founded in 2011 focused on empowering and strengthening Latina professionals. WEN is a community of Latina executives and professionals – and men with whom the goals of WEN resonate. The following countries are represented: United States, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Peru, Paraguay, Bolivia, Uruguay, Panama, Ecuador, Colombia, Venezuela, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Dominican Republic, Italy, France, and Spain. WEN was created based on the belief that women need to communicate, support, and strengthen one another. WEN was created as a forum for promoting efficient, creative, and multidimensional communication for women who generously wish to help their peers as well as develop themselves personally and professionally.
