Geledes: Black Women’s Institute

Geledes is a woman-focused NGO headquartered in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The organization focuses primarily on black women and other women of colour in Brazil and stopping the systemic discrimination or prejudice they face. This woman-focused organization sets out to teach about racial, socio-economic and gendered issues and the areas where they intersect.
